Tower Hall and Village Hall

Parish Halls Rushmere St Andrew is a registered charity. Both halls are run by a Management Committee consisting of 14 trustees on a non-profit making basis for the benefit of the local community.

    They are modern and well equipped. Each hall has screen and projection facilities, and Wi-Fi. Tower Hall also has an audio unit with microphones and CD facility. The kitchens are equipped with ovens, mircrowaves, urns, crockery, cutlery and glass tumblers and jugs. Village Hall will seat 80 and Tower Hall 100 for events such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, chilldren’s parties on a casual basis, as well as regular events. Village Hall has a smaller room suitable for committee meetings, or small groups of 10 to 12 people.

    Both halls are licensed for entertainment, but do not have a performing rights licence. We do not have a licence to sell alcohol, but can give details of our recommended bar service who can obtain a temporary bar licence and provide this service for you.

    Each hall has an enclosed garden area where supervised children can play. There is also an equipped play area adjacent to Tower Hall which is owned and maintained by the Parish Council.
